Brief clarifications related to the return we prepared may be addressed; however, anything beyond basic clarification (tax planning, new situations, business decisions, estimated taxes, IRS/state notices, or ongoing support) is considered consulting and is billed through this appointment.

Please email your questions and any relevant documents at least 24 hours before the call so we can review them in advance and use the meeting time efficiently.

This 60-minute paid consultation is designed for new clients with more detailed or complex tax situations who need professional guidance before engaging tax preparation services.

During this session, we will review your situation in depth, address your questions, and outline a clear strategy and next steps. Tax return preparation, document review, or form completion are not included in this appointment.

If you decide to proceed with tax preparation services, a separate engagement letter and retainer will be required before work begins.
